Everton midfielder Tom Cleverley and his family have been subject to a horrifying robbery.
Cleverley, his wife Georgina Dorsett and the couple’s two year old daughter Nevaeh Rose were in their home when two unidentified thieves broke in wielding baseball bats.
According to The Sun, the robbers managed to get away with goods worth over £175,000, including a £100,000 Range Rover.
England international midfielder Cleverley joined Everton from Manchester United this summer, after a loan spell with Aston Villa.
Although the footballer and his family were not physically hurt in the incident, they are understood to be shaken up by the ordeal.
