Borussia Dortmund are set to be raided by Bayern Munich yet again as the Bundesliga champions plot another audacious double swoop on their rivals.
It was confirmed on Thursday that club doctor Andreas Schlumberger has taken the well-trodden path from Dortmund to Bayern, replacing Hans-Wilhelm Muller-Wohlfahrt who left in acrimonious circumstances after being publicly mocked by Pep Guardiola.
And according to reports, Guardiola also has Dortmund mascot Emma the Bee in his sights after growing tired of Berni the Bear’s mixed form last season.
Although Berni performed well domestically – whipping the fans into a frenzy with his pre-game and half-time performances – his efforts wavered in the Champions League, with one particularly disappointing dance routine leaving the crowd disillusioned ahead of the crucial semi-final clash against Barcelona.

It’s thought that Emma will add more energy to the role, having dragged Dortmund to an almost respectable seventh-place finish after returning from injury with the team languishing in the relegation zone.
Should she now join Bayern, Emma will follow former traitors Mario Gotze and Robert Lewandowski, while even Jurgen Klopp has expressed an interest in one day moving to the Allianz Arena.
Berni the Bear was sadly unavailable for comment.
