Bayern Munich expertly took down Tottenham’s Twitter account on Friday evening after their 0-0 draw at Eintracht Frankfurt.
The Bundesliga leaders were looking for their 11th consecutive win since the start of the season, which would have matched Spurs’ record set all the way back in the 1960/61 campaign.

After Bayern fell short, Spurs were quick to offer commiserations.
But it perhaps wasn’t a good idea to goad the European giants, whose 2012 Champions League final defeat to Chelsea meant that Tottenham – who finished fourth in the Premier League that year ahead of the Blues – were denied a place in the tournament.
.@SpursOfficial Guess that's karma for costing you a place in the Champions League 😉
