Whilst England’s match against France goes ahead at Wembley, another European friendly has been called off in the aftermath of the Paris attacks.
Belgium were due to host Spain in Brussels, but the manhunt for one of the terror suspects – who is feared to be in the country – has led to authorities issuing a postponement.
Belgian-born Salah Abdeslam has been listed as a person of interest following the attacks which left more than 130 people dead in the French capital.
The Spanish FA and head coach Vicente Del Bosque have confirmed that the game has been called off for “security reasons”, and ticket-holders will be contacted in due course with regards to refunds.
