‘If he offered me a Rolex I would throw it back in his face’
Tommy Fury has slammed former UFC star Tyron Woodley after he reportedly accepted the gift of a Rolex from Jake Paul, following their fight last weekend.
Paul defeated Woodley with a brutal knockout to extend his unbeaten professional record to 5-0 in Tampa Bay, Florida and further enhance his reputation on the boxing scene.

Fury was originally due to fight Paul, however was forced to withdraw from the fight just two weeks before due to injury – with Woodley stepping in and replacing at the last minute.
In the run-up to the rematch, heated words were exchanged between the two American’s, but on the eve of the former YouTuber’s sixth-round victory, Paul gifted Woodley a Rolex watch.

Despite the act of generosity, the former Love Island star Fury did not approve and insisted he wouldn’t have accepted any gifts from the 24-year-old had he been offered one.
“If he offered me a Rolex I would throw it back in his face,” exclaimed Fury.
“I don’t want anything from him apart from a fight in the ring.
“I understand mutual respect before a fight but not all that nicey-nicey stuff, this is the fight game.
“How is he supposed to get the ring and knock lumps out of him when he has just given him a Rolex?
“Presents and gifts and all that s***, what is that all about?”
The light-heavyweight added that he remains hopeful that he will be able rearrange his eagerly-anticipated fight with Paul in 2022.
He said: “The doctor has advised me to take 12 weeks out with the rib but I can’t do nothing for 12 weeks.
“I have just done two weeks and feel like ripping my own head off.
“I will get Christmas and New Year out of the way and then start doing whatever my body lets me do.
