Chris Sutton looks like the happiest man alive as Celtic draw Rangers in the cup

Celtic fans haven’t been this happy since they beat Rangers 5-1.

Or since they took the piss out of Joey Barton for being part of the team that lost 5-1 at Celtic Park.

Or since they took the piss out of Barton for getting suspended from Rangers.

Or since they discovered this still image of Rangers doing what appears to be the Celtic huddle on FIFA 17.

Celtic fans have been pretty pleased with things recently – that 7-0 drubbing to Barcelona aside – and won’t have to wait long for a chance to get one over their old, or, depending on your viewpoint, new rivals.

The two Glasgow clubs will play in the League Cup semi-final next month at Hampden Park, and Celtic fans couldn’t be happier with the draw. Morton v Aberdeen is other semi-final.

While the majority of Celtic fans on social media appeared to welcome the tie against Rangers, none were as happy as Chris Sutton.
