Injuries might have seen Daniel Sturridge’s stock fall of late, but it’s safe to say none of us saw this coming.
The England striker has been linked with a stunning £18m move to West Ham, where he would team up with occasional international team-mate Andy Carroll.
The Brentwood Gazette claim the London club want the former Chelsea man to boost an attack that has contributed just 12 goals in the last 12 games.
