Speak to almost any level-headed Arsenal fan and they’ll concede that a large portion of their fanbase (not all – but a large portion) is the absolute worst.
There have been multiple pieces of evidence in favour of this, such as the guy who wore full Arsenal kit to his wedding.
Then there was the time two Arsenal fans got into an argument about how you measure age.
Then there was the time that Arsenal fans celebrated Petr Cech’s arrival in a really quite terrible way.
Now we have a new piece of evidence. Fans in the stadium, and even neutrals watching on TV, would have noticed the atmosphere at the Emirates on Sunday for Arsenal’s game against Crystal Palace wasn’t exactly electric.
One Arsenal fan tweeted that he is now “done” with supporting Arsenal, after witnessing this terrible state of affairs:

But the story doesn’t end there. The fan who tweeted the image actually staged it with a fellow Arsenal fan in order to get retweets, which is peak Arsenal.
Football is dead folks, it was nice while it lasted, but all good things must come a natural end.
