Roberto Firmino was absolutely devastated at the full-time whistle on Wednesday night.
The Liverpool forward got his side’s first goal when the Reds hosted Sevilla in their opening Champions League group game but also missed a penalty in the 2-2 draw.
Jurgen Klopp had to settle for a point when a second-half Joaquin Correa goal and a red card to Joe Gomez forced the sides to share the spoils at Anfield.
And nobody took the draw harder than Firmino, who clearly felt somewhat to blame after failing to take the opportunity to put breathing space between Liverpool and the La Liga side.
Had he converted from the spot, Firmino would have given the Reds a 3-1 lead going into the break but it wasn’t to be.
But the 25-year-old can never be accused of a lack of passion as he left the pitch in tears following the game.

Liverpool’s next European tie will see them travel to take on Spartak Moscow, who also drew on Wednesday night, in two week’s time and Firmino will be hoping to help deliver all three points to the supporters who absolutely loved the sight of their forward displaying a genuine passion for the club.
Firmino in tears at full time… this passion makes us love Bobby 💪

Poor Firmino in tears at fulltime, he played brilliant yet again and shouldn't get any stick from any fans.

Firmino crying at full time is exactly what I want to see after that. A bit of passion and someone who actually cares is always great to see
