If you’ve not heard, the Stone Roses are back.
The iconic Manchester band announced they’re playing two dates in their home city.
Three years ago they played a triple-header at Heaton Park to 220,000 fans. But this time Ian, John, Mani and Reni will be playing at the home of Manchester City.
The mere fact that the Roses will be playing the Etihad Stadium brought the jokers out in force.
And we see a bit of a theme emerging…
Can't wait for #StoneRoses at The Eithiad next summer! 1st time it will be a full house I presume? #MCFC

You get the picture. But it wasn’t all one-way traffic at least…
Hopefully Utd fans will only be allocated the away section at #MCFC #Etihad for the Stone Roses gigs & real Mancs can fill the rest as usual
