We’re on the brink of a huge moment in football. No, not the start of Euro 2016, but the release of the upcoming edition of the FIFA series of games.
EA Sports have unveiled the new trailer for FIFA 17, jumping from old versions of the game to the newest state-of-the-art graphics.
Featuring Premier League stars Anthony Martial and Eden Hazard alongside Borussia Dortmund’s Marco Reus and Real Madrid’s James Rodriguez, the teaser trailer promises a ‘full reveal’ on June 12. The players are described by EA as ‘football ambassadors who have influenced complete innovation in the action on the pitch’.
The game will get a full debut on a live stream from 9pm tonight, while details of other elements, such as the latest version of the Ultimate Team feature, are expected to follow at a later date.
It will receive its US release on September 27, while those of us here the UK will have to wait an extra two days.
JOE readers have already had their say on what they want from the upcoming version of the game, with classic teams and fantasy football both featuring high on people’s wishlists.
