It’s been a weekend chock-full of serious injuries.
Ed Sheeran was sliced by a ceremonial sword, while Philippe Coutinho could face a lengthy spell on the sidelines after talk of ankle ligament damage.
But perhaps the worst of all came in France, where Pascal Dupraz could have suffered a scratch or, worse, a shallow papercut, after being struck by that most dangerous of weapons, a paper aeroplane.
If Dupraz’s name sounds familiar, it may be because you remember his motivational speech which inspired Toulouse to secure their Ligue 1 safety against all odds.
A fierce relegation scrap held no worries for the 54-year-old. But a folded piece of paper brushing against his head? Well, that’s a different matter altogether.
Is it a bird? Is it a plane? No, it's @ToulouseFC boss Pascal Dupraz seemingly injured by a paper plane! 😂 #BTEFS https://t.co/OUnxBYoshj

To make things worse for Dupraz, his Toulouse team suffered a 1-0 reverse at Rennes on Friday night with France international Yoann Gourcuff scoring the winner.
We wonder what will be more painful – the impact from the paper plane or the embarrassment at learning the whole episode was caught on camera.
Hopefully he’ll be able to shake off the effects and return to the dugout for Toulouse’s next game, at home to Montpellier on Wednesday night.
