Anyone concerned about two Liverpool players becoming Monday Night Football regulars can breathe a sigh of relief.
Former Reds striker Craig Bellamy has been talked of as a potential replacement for Gary Neville, who has left the programme to focus on his duties as Valencia head coach.
But if the Welshman does get involved, it seems it would only be as a one-off.
Jamie Carragher, whose back-and-forths with Neville were enjoyed by viewers, suggested there will not be a like-for-like replacement for the Manchester United legend.
Just to be clear Gnev2 isn't being replaced.
We're going to have a different guest every week.
Should be good!— Jamie Carragher (@Carra23) December 6, 2015
With a few more Monday night games left this season, it’s an opportunity to get some big names on board without forcing them to commit to MNF long-term.
Who would you like to see taking part?
