Ever since Jurgen Klopp took over at Liverpool, fans and pundits have speculated about the players he might sign in January.
Some of his old Dortmund charges have been mentioned in passing, but his first target could be a player from his former club’s rivals Schalke.
19-year-old winger Leroy Sané has impressed enough to earn his first German international call-up, and German TV pundit Jan Aage Fjortoft is convinced that Klopp will move for the youngster.

Sané, whose father Souleyman won more than 50 caps for Senegal, broke into the Schalke first-team last season.
He scored a memorable goal in the narrow Champions League defeat to Real Madrid, and has already found the net five times this campaign.
