Reports from Italy’s Gazzetta dello Sport suggest that Klopp may move for Fiorentina midfielder Mario Suarez in the January transfer window.
The 28-year-old Spaniard was heavily linked with a move to Anfield before leaving Atletico Madrid for Italy in the summer.
Having not featured regularly in Serie A, Liverpool are thought to be a likely destination if he decides to move in January.
