Juventus reject enormous Paul Pogba bid from Barcelona

JOE

We can confidently assume that if Juventus sell Paul Pogba, he’ll leaveĀ for an exorbitant amount of money.

It has been reported on Friday that the Serie A championsĀ have rejected a Ā£58mĀ bid from Barcelona for the French midfielder, withĀ Tuttosport splashing the rumour across their front page.

TheĀ paper claimĀ that Barcelona areĀ either trying to get around their transfer embargo, or simply ignore it byĀ pressing ahead with a huge bid for Pogba.

Several major clubs have been keepingĀ tabs on the 22-year-old ahead of the summer transfer window, including Premier League clubs Chelsea, Manchester United, Arsenal and Manchester City.

Last week, Barcelona sporting director Ariedo Braida confirmed the Catalans are interested in signing Pogba, but it now looks like they’ll have to cough up at least Ā£60m.
