Transfer deadline day rarely lives up to the hype, but the end of the 2016 January transfer window has come through big time.
While everyone was wondering where various players might end up, nobody expected Manchester City to drop the bombshell that Pep Guardiola will replace Manuel Pellegrini in the summer.
The news was greeted with glee among City fans, as well as misery from everyone else in the Premier League. Perhaps nobody captured the mood of the blue side of Manchester better than former Oasis frontman Liam Gallagher.
The Beady Eye singer is a vocal City supporter, and his reaction to the announcement was unsurprisingly positive.
