The Christmas adverts may have only just started but in the football world the January sale bargains are being readied.
Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp publicly said he’s happy with his squad, but it seems that the German is looking for reinforcements to join Anfield in the new year.
According to Tuttosport in Italy, Liverpool are hoping to sign Empoli midfidler Riccardo Saponara for around €20million to aid in Klopp’s energetic pressing style.

Is Saponara your man to keep track of? He's contributed to 58% of Empoli's goals (four strikes, three assists). pic.twitter.com/1ygKtPWaMP

However it’s also being reported that Juventus are also in for the 23-year-old  as they look to replace the departed Arturo Vidal and Andrea Pirlo.
