Get yourself to Gdansk next month.
The main event of the UFC’s return to Poland has been officially confirmed by the promotion and it will see Liverpool’s undefeated Darren Till (15-0-1) take on a veteran of the Octagon.
Donald Cerrone (32-9, 1 NC) admitted that he didn’t know who Till was before he signed his bout agreement for the October 21 headliner in Poland.

Till has won three and drawn one of his four outings in the Octagon since making his UFC debut in 2015 but, for the Merseysider, Cerrone represents a significant jump-up in competition.
‘Cowboy’ is one of the most experienced fighters in UFC history and fought for the lightweight title two years ago before making the decision to move up to welterweight, where he has compiled a 4-2 record.
Cerrone is riding a two-fight losing streak for the first time in his career and if he is to make a run at the 170lbs championship, a victory over Till is absolutely imperative while the Englishman can shoot up the rankings with an upset.

When asked if Till was the best striker he’s ever faced, Cerrone said “we’ll find out,” during an interview with MMA Junkie.
“It’s good fun. I love fighting, and apparently he does too,” he added. “It’s going to be in Poland. Euro-trip 2017, here we come. … I don’t even watch my own fights let alone other people’s.
“I don’t know anything about him, but good. Right on. It’s a good opportunity for him.”
