For a 39-year-old, Michael Bisping has still got some impressive reflexes.
Bisping thankfully landed on his feet after a near-accident on the Fox Sports 1 set on Sunday night.
The former UFC middleweight champion was on punditry duty for the UFC’s first ever event in Liverpool, which is not far from Bisping’s home town of Clitheroe, when his swivel chair almost gave him the fourth knockout defeat of his career.
Luckily, ‘The Count’ managed to swing himself around and save himself from injury but he did admit to hurting his hip ever so slightly.
Bisping definitely saw the funny side of the mishap and posted footage of it to his Instagram account.

The Ultimate Fighter 3 winner has not fought since his pair of defeats to Georges St-Pierre and Kelvin Gastelum last November and he continues to hint at retirement.
In fact, Bisping made his availability known to fight on the UFC’s Liverpool card when the event was announced in March.
“That’s a nice retirement fight,” Bisping said on his Believe You Me podcast two months ago. “Liverpool. Northwest of England. That’s where I’m from.
“I am interested in fighting on that card. We’ll see what the UFC comes up with, but yeah, definitely interested, for sure. That would be my last fight.”
A fight deal couldn’t be reached for Bisping to hang up his gloves on home soil and he was instead enlisted as an analyst for the event.
And, to be fair, that seems just as dangerous as fighting in the Octagon with the chairs they’re dealing with.
