Chad Barrett’s dream start quickly turned into a nightmare.
Just 50 seconds after kicking off against Steven Gerrard’s LA Galaxy, the forward finished a slick team move to give Seattle Sounders the lead.
However, the joy was short-lived, as Barrett immediately pulled up with a hamstring injury after celebrating his goal a little too heartily.
If that wasn’t bad enough, his early strike wasn’t enough to stop the Sounders slumping to a 3-1 defeat.
