With younger and younger footballers making waves in the game one man’s wunderkind is quickly becoming another man’s seasoned veteran.
Martin Odegaard made a splash at the age of 15 last year, earning a move to Real Madrid, but he’s now yesterday’s news thanks to Kreshnik Krasniqi.

Krasniqi made his debut for second-tier club Honefoss earlier this week, at the age of just 14.
To put that into perspective, he wasn’t even alive for the 2000 Champions League final.
Other things older than Kreshnik Krasniqi include Eminem album The Marshall Mathers LP, the Playstation 2 console, and the Final Destination film franchise.
The Norwegian has admitted to being a fan of Barcelona, and with Odegaard already in Madrid could we see the Scandinavian country establish the next generation’s Ronaldo and Messi?
