Cristiano Ronaldo should start charging people for imitating him.
The Real Madrid forward’s goal celebration has become the go-to move nowadays to celebrate everything from a last-minute winner on FIFA to a nicely made cup of tea.
And the routine has now gone stateside, with New York Giants Wide Receiver Odell Beckham Jr breaking out “The Ronnie” to celebrate his 67-yard touchdown reception against the Atlanta Falcons.
The touchdown, and indeed the celebration, meant little at the end of the game as the Falcons ran out 24-20 winners.
But it just goes to show what a global phenomenon Cristiano Ronaldo is.
