What did Diego Simeone do to curry such favour with the injury Gods?
While the Atletico Madrid manager wouldn’t wish ill-will on anybody, we think he would have relievedly smiled when he learned that Cristiano Ronaldo picked up a knock in a training session on Tuesday.
Ahead of the biggest game of Real Madrid’s season, Saturday’s Champions League final, it’s reported that their star man left training early after Dani Carvajal pushed him into the goalkeeper.

Ronaldo has attempted to reassure fans he will be fit for this weekend’s all-Madrid final in Milan, but Real Madrid supporters will not have their fears allayed until Zinedine Zidane names his starting XI.
Ronaldo has been absolutely unplayable in the Champions League as of late and it will come as a massive blow to Zidane to be without his biggest threat come Saturday.

Time to start crossing those fingers, Madridistas.
