Nike have a history of making epic commercials – from the Brazil squad having a kick about in the airport, to Eric Cantona taking a penalty against the Devil, to Euro 2016’s Ronaldo-starring ‘The Switch’.
Their latest advert can definitely stand up to those – and might even be their best ever. Entitled ‘Nothing Beats A Londoner’, the clip is a three-minute celebration of everything that makes the capital great. Arsenal, Chelsea and Tottenham are all represented – by Alex Iwobi, Eden Hazard and Harry Kane – alongside a who’s who of London’s other sporting talent, including Dina Asher-Smith, Mo Farah, Adebayo Akinfenwa and Ryan Sessegnon. Rio Ferdinand, Ian Wright and Gareth Southgate even cameo.
It also features London MCs like Skepta (riding a Boris bike), Giggs and AJ Tracey, and comedians Michael Dapaah and Kurupt FM.
And of course, like any true celebration of London should, Morley’s chicken makes an appearance.

Understandably, this brilliant presentation of London’s vibrant youth and sports culture has gone down pretty well:
