While Liverpool fans are flying high at the unveiling of Jurgen Klopp as their 20th manager, a former rival is remaining firmly grounded.
Peter Schmeichel has already called out the former Borussia Dortmund manager for being overly optimistic in Klopp’s first day as Anfield boss.
Klopp said during his first press conference:Â “If I sit here in four years I am pretty confident we will have one title.”
But Manchester United legend Schmeichel quickly took to Twitter to remind the German that the Premier League is not as simple an endeavour as it might seem.
First mistake..?? Others have made the same promise! #It'sNotThatEasyMrKlopp https://t.co/LKK0oGfEE4

Ruthless realism from the great Dane.
We shudder to think of the response that Peter gave son Kasper when, as a child, he would have said that his dream was to grow up to be a superhero.
