They’ve done it, they’ve only gone and done it.
The Republic of Ireland have secured their place at the 2016 European Championships in France, to join England, Northern Ireland and Wales.
They did so by defeating a strong and star-studded Bosnia-Herzegovina side 2-0 on the night and 3-1 in aggregate. Jon Walters was the hero at the Aviva with a cool brace.
As you can imagine, the Irish are very very very happy.
