At least they’ve got the spelling right.
Earlier this year, Reebok copped some flak for a myriad of issues after launching their exclusive range of UFC apparel.
Fighters were assigned to wrong countries, there were spelling mistakes – such as Connor McGregor – and some fighters’ gear went by full names rather than well-known nicknames.
There was also the Irish map t-shirt that cut out six Ulster counties and pissed off McGregor’s coach John Kavanagh.
Most of those issues have been ironed out but there are still creases, as one MMA fan found out.
The fight fan ordered this McGregor hoodie from the Reebok website.
This, as highlighted by Severe MMA’s Andrew McGahon, is what showed up on his doorstep. Note the USA flag on the sleeve, not the Irish flag, which features on the website.
A disappointed fan just sent me this. Reebok gonna Reebok. Does every jacket have a big USA on the side of it? pic.twitter.com/vCqqkAKHwJ
