Robbie Savage says John Terry’s attack was “personal” and Rio Ferdinand agrees (Video)

Robbie Savage feels John Terry’s criticism of his punditry was “personal”, sharing his thoughts on the matter with BT Sport.

Savage, who has also claimed that Terry insulted football fans in general with his comments, was asked by co-presenter Darren Fletcher whether he thought the Chelsea captain’s remarks were a personal attack.

He responded: “Yeah, I think so. The ‘no career’ jibe, saying I played at a really bad level.”

Savage also suggested that everyone is there to be shot at, with pundits getting just as much flak as players these days.
