Seattle Sounders treated their fans to a well worked team goal in their game against Vancouver.
The build up involves former Premier League players Obafemi Martins and Clint Dempsey, as they move the ball quickly up the field.
The ball eventually reaches Gonzalo Pineda on the edge of the area. He drops a shoulder to beat one man before lashing his shot in off a post.
