Tottenham Hotspur have reached an agreement to host two NFL games a year in their new stadium.
The Premier League side confirmed on Twitter their plans to host two American football games annually over a tean year period as part of their plans for a new 61,000-seater ground.
The Club & the @NFL have reached agreement for a minimum of two games per year to be played during a 10-year partnership at our new stadium.

The deal could also lead to the permanent relocation of an NFL franchise to north London as Spurs look to move into their new home at the start of the 2018/19 season.
They are hoping that their stadium will be more appealing than Wembley to any potential London franchises as it will be constructed with the accommodation of an NFL team in mind.
Our new stadium, due to open in 2018, will feature a retractable grass pitch with an artificial surface underneath to be used for NFL games.

Each matchday sees American football teams carry far more players (around 50), coaches and equipment personnel than a Premier League team.
It’s great news for British NFL fans.
