After an eventful week at his former club, Gerrard shared an Instagram post wishing Liverpool’s new manager the best of luck as Jurgen Klopp begins life on Merseyside.
The German’s appointment caused some to speculate that Gerrard or former teammate Jamie Carragher may soon be brought back to Anfield to form part of Klopp’s coaching staff.
But having only recently joined LA Galaxy, it doesn’t seem likely that Gerrard will be returning to Liverpool just yet.
