Perhaps Nick Kyrgios was watching Lionel Messi after the Copa America final.
After getting frustrated during his Wimbledon last-16 match against Richard Gasquet, the Australian tennis sensation turned to a ballboy for some moral support.
20-year-old Kyrgios responded to having his serve broken by his French opponent by giving the bemused youngster a hug. That’s one way to diffuse the tension.
The ballboy could have been forgiven for not knowing what to do in the situation – we’re pretty sure this kind of thing isn’t covered in the pre-tournament training – but he responded like an absolute pro.
