Last month we brought you a video of an Aussie Rugby league star who we thought was insane enough to try and build his hamstrings up with this disgusting exercise.
We tried to copy Ed Jenkins, but it just left us saying hey to the dust mites on the carpet in our front room.

Core muscles all flexed, the rugby player pulls his body up using his hamstrings, and every sinew in his body.
The hands behind the back made it look even harder, but we feel Nevers may have trumped it by adding a weight to his routine.
The exercise is seemingly called a ‘Nordic Curl, and we doubt even Thor himself would be able to manage this.
