If Tyson Fury managed to avoid over-indulging over Christmas, then you’d imagine he’ll be able to keep the weight off for good
Fury’s remarkable weight loss journey from 400lbs to 256lbs has been well-documented and some fans were understandably concerned about how the undefeated Brit would react after his controversial split draw with Deontay Wilder last month.
It had been suggested that Fury might return to over-eating and drinking too much after his mammoth payday against ‘The Bronze Bomber.’
But Fury appears determined to cement his legacy and is not resting on his laurels, having already returned to training in Marbella.

Fury clearly ate sensibly at a time of year when so many of us put on extra weight as he looked in tremendous shape when he went out on a morning run with trainer Ben Davison on Saturday.

Fury is targeting a rematch with Wilder in 2019, having engaged in a thrilling fight for the ages with the WBC heavyweight champion in Los Angeles at the beginning of December.
Fury’s promoter Frank Warren is working on Fury vs. Wilder II and has claimed that ‘The Gypsy King’ is a bigger draw then fellow unbeaten heavyweight, Anthony Joshua.
Speaking to BBC Sport, Warren said: “There’s no corporate element with him. You don’t have to go through 100 people. You just pick the phone up. He walks down the street and he hasn’t got an entourage of minders,” said Warren.
“Whoever he fights next, if Tyson Fury fights in this country, it is going to be a sell-out, wherever he fights.
“At the moment I’m talking with Shelly Finkel, who looks after Wilder, and we are trying to get the rematch together.”
