Marc Diakiese had nobody in mind after his most recent explosive knockout.
The undefeated British lightweight’s striking looked on point when his first punch thrown at UFC London stiffened up opponent Teemu Packalen in a highlight reel knockout, something that we’d seen from Diakiese long before he signed on with the world’s preeminent mixed martial arts organisation.

In the media centre at the O2 Arena, a reporter mentioned to Diakiese that Paul Felder had just been in touch to offer his services to ‘Bonecrusher’.
“Fuck him, I’ll fight him,” Diakiese responded. “If he wants to fight me, I’ll fight him.”
And judging by the Twitter activity of both men on Tuesday, the bad blood is definitely beginning to bubble.
Diakiese reignited the weekend’s spark by contacting Felder, who would represent a significant step-up in competition, criticising the fact that a media member had passed on the message.
.@felderpaul It shows how much of a coward you are, instead off calling me out yourself, your asking for somebody else to do it #firstrndko

Doncaster’s Diakiese has not wasted any time in proving himself as one of the most exciting prospects to enter the UFC’s 155lbs division in years and he does not intend to shy away from a challenge as daunting as Felder’s.
“Whoever they give me, I’m ready. I’m willing to step in with these guys. I’m one of the best guys going.” Diakiese said on Saturday.
And, to be fair, he’s given us no reason thus far to believe otherwise.
