It’s pretty safe to say that Conor McGregor doesn’t see himself merely as an interim belt-holder.
The Notorious claimed the interim featherweight title by finishing Chad Mendes via second round TKO in July and will get the chance to unify the belt when he meets long-time champion Jose Aldo at UFC 194 next month.
But McGregor already considers himself the undisputed champ and wasn’t happy when iconic MMA reporter Gareth A.Davies referred to him as the interim holder in an interview with BT Sport on Tuesday night.
