Manchester City fans will be delighted to see the latest update from club captain Vincent Kompany.
The centre-back has been restricted to just 13 appearances for the title contenders, who have struggled in his absence.
But Kompany returned for the 2-1 defeat against Tottenham after playing just nine minutes in the previous three months, and based on his latest update on his fitness it looks like he’s in better shape than ever.
Kompany has been in Italy and the United States working on detox and rehabilitation, and shared this video on Facebook, which shows him working with Man City’s head sports therapist Ben Thompson to get back to his best.

With City preparing to take on Dynamo Kiev in the last 16 of the Champions League, the latest update from their captain couldn’t have come at a better time.
Fans will hope he can sustain his fitness for the remainder of the season, as Manuel Pellegrini looks to bow out with at least one more trophy under his belt.
