Durling the French club’s victory over Ajaccio, supporters broke into a rousing rendition of “Happy Birthday” to celebrate goalkeeper Vincent Enyeama turning 33.
27,000 of his adoring fans took part, and the gesture was gratefully received by the Nigeria captain.
It’s oddly moving to see so many people care about one person’s birthday and it seemed to motivate Enyeama to keep a clean sheet, his third of the season.
We just hope that Yaya Toure doesn’t see this because he’ll kick right off.
