Now there’s footage of the meeting of Conor McGregor and Cristiano Ronaldo

Conor McGregor and Cristiano Ronaldo have a fair bit in common.

Their talent is undeniable, their confidence in their abilities makes them popular and unpopular in equal measure and they were both at J-Lo’s birthday at the weekend.

The wealth of commonality goes without saying and their showiness makes them must-see television.

With all those similarities, it comes as no surprise that both superstars got on famously when their paths crossed in Las Vegas, recently.

And now – a couple of days after the pair shared images of their meeting on Instagram, there’s footage, courtesy of TheMacLife.com.

Ronaldo, still on holidays from his Euro 2016 triumph with Portugal, paid a visit to ‘The Notorious’ during his preparations for his rematch with Nate Diaz in the main event of UFC 202.

The Real Madrid superstar seemed impressed with the shape that McGregor was in while the Irishman, like everybody else, was impressed with the bronzing effort of Ronaldo.

McGregor has since stoked the fire nicely ahead of his latest meeting with Diaz, mocking his opponent’s sense of dress while appearing in a prerecorded message on Conan O’Brien’s show.
