Before they renew their rivalry at UFC 202 this Saturday night, Conor McGregor and Nate Diaz showed there’s no love lost between them at an explosive pre-fight press conference.
With McGregor turning up 30 minutes later than scheduled, it didn’t take long for mayhem to descend as Diaz left the stage cursing at McGregor and his whole team before McGregor shouted insults and threw water bottles in the direction of the man who defeated him in March.
As McGregor talked about the possibility of a third fight between the pair, Diaz left the stage shouting, “F**k your whole team, how about that?”
McGregor responded in kind with a : “Shut your fu**in’ mouth, you’ll do nothin’… Get the f**k out of here.”
The pair threw a series of insults for a short period of time before it really kicked off, with the pair of them throwing water bottles in the other’s direction, despite the best attempts of UFC President Dana White to stop McGregor on stage.

Dana White quickly moved to bring an end to the press conference in an attempt to prevent anyone in the crowd getting hurt.
And if the purpose of the event was to ramp up interest in the rematch, it certainly accomplished that.
Madness.
Saturday night is certainly going to be interesting.
