Watford have made another big-name signing, with Spanish midfielder Mario Suarez joining from Fiorentina.
The 28-year-old was on the bench for Atletico Madrid’s 2014 Champions League final defeat, and played when Diego Simeone’s side knocked Chelsea out of the competition that same year.
Suarez, who has three Spain caps, will compete with the likes of Etienne Capoue, Ben Watson and Valon Behrami for a starting place in the Hornets midfield.
I'm officially signing for @WatfordFC. Thank you @acffiorentina and their fans for the support. I will give my all in the @premierleague
