When Jose Aldo was knocked unconscious after thirteen seconds in the ring with Conor McGregor, nobody would have imagined that just months later he’d be talking so brazenly about putting the Irishman ‘to sleep.’
That’s exactly what he’s been doing since McGregor submitted to Nate Diaz a few weeks ago – and the Brazilian former champ was at it again in an interview with Globo Esporte this week.
“You will come back with your tail between your legs to the weight class after what happened. After what Nate did you are ashamed now! My hand shaved you last time, but when she catches you for real, you will sleep soundly.”
Safe to say he wants a rematch. Didn’t end well last time though, did it?
