Amazon’s Fire HD tablet drops to cheapest ever price

Amazon has launched a sale on its popular Fire HD tablets – and they’re the cheapest price they’ve ever been.

For a limited time shoppers can bag two versions of the Fire HD tablet from Amazon at 30% and 25% off.

The 32GB Amazon Fire HD 10 tablet is currently available for £104.99 down from £149.99.

There’s also the 64GB version, which is priced at £134.99, down from £179.99.

Plus you can also spend an extra £10 for either edition to remove ads from the lock screen, and both versions are available in black, ocean, or lilac.

Amazon has been producing the Fire HD for a number of years now, improving their quality with each release while remaining budget-friendly.

The Fire HD 10 that’s been discounted features a 10.1 inch, 1080p HD screen and 25% more speed than the previous model.

Other highlights include 3GB of RAM, a 5MP front camera and 13 hour battery life so you can video call, stream films and TV shows for hours.

The storage is expandable up to 1TB, but even the most basic 32GB model can cover most people’s memory needs, especially if you’ve got cloud storage.

Compared to Apple’s latest iPad Pro 11-inch, which is priced at £929.98, you can make a big saving with the Amazon Fire HD.

One five star review said about the Fire HD tablet: “can’t fault this latest version, lighter, faster and more reliable.”

Another said it’s “great value for money” highlighting the battery life and “perfect size” for watchng films and playing games.

The retail giant has also dropped the price of the Fire TV Stick, with the HD model at the cheapest price ever at just £29.99, down from £39.99.
