A footballer being dubbed a newer version of a 16-year-old youth player? What a time to be alive.
14-year-old Nowegian wonderkid Edvard Tagseth has joined Liverpool from Neset FK Youth, according to reports in Norway.
It seems that after missing out on Martin Odegaard last winter, with the youngster choosing Real Madrid, the Reds have decided to go for the next best thing by signing arguably the second most exciting hot prospect to come out of the country.

The Reds beat off the likes of Manchester City, Manchester United and Everton who were all said to be interested in the youngster.
Tagseth will remain in Norway until he turns 16, as he will be unable to play for Liverpool until then.
