The Rock films hardcore workout in his ‘Iron Paradise’ for Facebook’s first ever live broadcast (Video)

This is what the Rock is cooking...

Ben Kenyon

We’ve always wanted to see the Rock working out in his natural habitat.

The man lives and breathes iron…but so far we’ve only had 15 second snippets on Instagram of the training that has made him the biggest beast in Hollywood.

Judging by the scrawny arms on Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg, he wanted to see the the man in action too.

So obviously he chose the film star and WWE wrestler to launch Facebook’s first ever live broadcast on the site.

The Rock didn’t disappoint on Facebook’s world first as he took fans behind the scenes to the pain factory where he forges that ridiculous physique.

The brilliant 30-minute video sees him smash a six-exercise giant set for his biceps and triceps, sprinkled with some of that showbiz razzmatazz that has made him one of the globe’s biggest stars.

Facebook’s new feature is the social media site’s answer to live broadcast services like Periscope and Meerkat.

It allows any star, politician or athlete with a verified account to film live stuff for their fans which can be watched back later on their page (unlike Periscope which vanishes after 24 hours).

More of this please, Dwayne…
