Ah, Radamel Falcao.
Aside from the couple of years he spent trying to remember how to use his knackered knee in the Premier League, the Colombian has been one of the most feared strikers in European football over the last decade.
Conveniently forgetting his terrible penalty kick, we were reminded on Tuesday night that Falcao still knows where the goal is. He bagged two of Monaco’s three goals against Manchester City and his second, a deft chip over Willy Caballero from inside the City area, was one of the loveliest goals we’ve seen all season.
So, to celebrate the fact that Falcao (penalty kicks aside) looks like a proper striker again, we’ve put together a quiz in his honour.
It’s dead simple. All you have to do is name the 20 teams that Falcao has scored against in European competition since he arrived on the continent with Porto a few years back.
To be absolutely clear, we’re looking for the teams he scored goals against in the Europa League, Champions League and European Super Cup.
Because we’re nice people, we’ve also included the country from which each of the teams he scored against originate. Be warned: it’s still pretty tough.
So go on, have a bash.
