The sight of Jose Mourinho returning to Stamford Bridge as Manchester United boss is enough to make some Chelsea fans forget all that he did for the club.
Mourinho’s second trip to his old stomping ground came on Monday night, with United contesting an FA Cup quarter final with his old side.
The minutes after Ander Herrera was shown a second yellow card saw Mourinho express his his displeasure at the way in which the game was being officiated, drawing a reaction from Antonio Conte in the process.
After Conte exchanged words with his predecessor, some sections of the Chelsea support made it known that Mourinho was no longer welcome at the club, with cries of “fuck off Mourinho” directed at him.
Standing inside his technical area at that moment in time, Mourinho is seen to turn towards them in the footage below before holding up three fingers – one for every Premier League title he guided Chelsea to during his two spells with the club.
