Manchester United fans fully support Jose Mourinho’s change for Leicester match

It was probably the right call

It was probably the right call.

Jose Mourinho has made one change for the visit of Leicester City. Manchester United play the former Premier League champions in Saturday’s late kick-off, and will be hoping to continue their perfect start to the season. Mourinho’s side have won both of their games 4-0, against West Ham United and Swansea City respectively, and will confirm their place at the top of the table with a win over the Foxes.

After starting the season in such great form, competition for places is strong, particularly among United’s attacking players. Anthony Martial has scored twice in two games, despite not starting either, and has now forced his way into Mourinho’s team.

The French forward is United’s only change for the game against Leicester.

Martial’s inclusion, at the expense of Marcus Rashford, was largely met with approval by United fans.

Rashford has played well in United’s opening games, but many feel Martial merits a start on the back of his goalscoring displays from the bench.
