Great British Booze Off.
GBBOÂ is upon us once more and although Mel, Sue and Mary are no longer with us, we must still try to embrace this new format with an open mind and open heart.
Furthermore, what if they dropped the baking aspect altogether and simply had the contestants assemble their finest selection of tinnies?
Stella, Strongbow, Carling, Fosters, it’s entirely up to them. Each contestant simply arranges them as best they can in a bid to impress the judges.
Still not convinced? Allow the following poorly edited images to do the talking.
Paul and Mary have carefully assembled a four pack of Stella, proving to the contestants that they are worthy judges
Tom delicately puts the finishing touches on his showstopper extraordinaire
Flora is careful not to topple her bold display of baking prowess
Andrew is chuffed with his bake ahead of its inspection by the judges
Nadiya carefully balances her tinny to avoid spilling a drop
Tamal seems unsure as to whether his three can formation of Strongbow will be enough to impress the judges
Judge Paul Hollywood samples Richard’s creation
Frances looks a little underwhelmed with her stunning showstopper
Finally, at the end of a long day of filming, the crew enjoy nothing more than sampling some of the bakers’ creations
The judges wrap up another exquisite series of GBBO by sampling some of Mary’s delightful tins. Hurrah!
